Many people really dislike this time of year (at least in the N hemisphere) bc the daylight is so short, weather is usually pretty crappy, and we’re all feeling a bit groggy after any holiday celebrations. I personally love January, ’cause I always feel that no matter what happened last year, it’s in my rear view mirror! New starts, new opportunities, (often you have to make them yourself) and with all the short daylight, you can get more sleep, which is a fantastic way to start any day, no matter how short!
